Since 2011 in parallel with the ready made garments production company “EVL Concept” has specialized in the customized sublimation production as well. To provide its customers with the best service for the digital printing, we provide access to the specially developed and designed digital configurator. Throughout the years we have specialized in production of sports and casual garments, such as shorts, T-Shirts, Tracksuits, Sweatshirts, Jackets, Pants, etc.

Our factory is equipped with 4 production lines, 2 of them are SMART lines for production of garments. To guarantee the efficient work of the production lines over 100 highly trained and experienced workers are engaged for the operations of the machinery in the lines. The machines installed at the production lines are the latest hi-tech models of Juki, Brother, Yamato, MS, Roland, Monti Antonio, etc. All the materials used in the production are certified and selected with great care and attention to guarantee the high quality of the final products. To secure our production with raw materials we established our own capacity for production of polyester fabrics using only high- quality German knitting machines from the company Terrot.

We are one of the leading sublimation transfer printing producers in Europe, offering a monthly capacity of over 9000 m2 and providing an outmost quality of its printed products with a resolution of 600 dpi. The quality on the digital print is guaranteed by the professional personnel, MS-JP4 EVO and Roland XT640 digital printers as well the Monti Antonio 205 rolling transfer presses, and all these equipment is maintained with PosterPprint/ ErgoSoft RIP software, Sappi transfer paper and MySubly inks.
